Trauma-Informed Education for Professionals Who Work With the Body
If trauma happens to the body, healing happens through the body. Professionals who are tasked with holding the container for healing deserve real, embodied training in how to do it well.
Whether you're a personal trainer, somatic practitioner, or bodyworker, our courses translate the neuroscience of trauma into practical tools you can bring into your very next session: how to recognize nervous system dysregulation, how to build safety and trust, and how to let the body lead the way it was always meant to.

Our Approach
These trainings grew out of years of hands-on work with clients, lived experience with somatic and movement based therapy, and years of traditional therapy hitting a wall. Our training approach didn't emerge in a vacuum, and it isn't ours alone. It stands on lineages of embodied practices, energy work, depth psychology, and community healing carried across generations, often quietly, often at great cost, by elders whose wisdom rarely made it into textbooks or citations. Much of what gets called "somatic" or "trauma-informed" in this field today has roots far older than its modern language: in ancestral practices of breath, touch, ritual, and relationship, largely held and passed down within Black and Brown communities, and deeply shaped by Indigenous ways of knowing the body, the nervous system, and the land as inseparable.
We hold our own daily somatic practices not as a credential or badge of expertise but as a commitment to shared experience. We don't ask our clients or students to trust a regulation practice we haven't lived by ourselves. We try to teach the way this work was taught to us: in relationship. In relationship with our own teachers and elders, with the communities we serve, and with the natural world, which has always known how to cycle, rest, and repair.
Our intention is to keep learning in that same spirit — naming the lineages we can name, holding humility about the ones history left unrecorded, and creating this content through a lens of reciprocity and reverence for the healers who came before us, known and unknown, so many of them still unacknowledged in this field.
